Steven Pugh decided to store his classic car collection in a Rubenstein Architects-designed, multi-story office building over enclosed garage that introduces a vernacular architecture in modern form. Adhering to a strict planning module that provides flexibility for Steven’s constantly changing needs, the building incorporates offices linked by a spacious outdoor walkway. The design is enhanced by ample natural lighting and environmentally conscious materials.
