Commissioned by a car collector and Contractor (Bill Simone), the Manhattan Beach residence is designed not simply to accommodate their rotating installations of cars, but also as fun beach home away from city life. The 1,800 sq. ft. home showcases views over three stories, which remain comfortable and livable while allowing for both informal entertaining and large scale formal receptions.
